Shipping Info : We have local delivery service only in some parts of virginia, for any other location we use UPS shipping to deliver your goods.

All local customers should check their zip code in our home page to see if we cover their area or not.
You do not need to be home to receive your Persiangrocery packages. If you are not home, UPS or FedEx drivers will leave your order at your doorstep, so long as they feel it will be safe too. Apartment dwellers please note: UPS or FedEx drivers should have access to a lobby or a doorman.

If we are temporarily out of stock on a particular item, we reserve the right to substitute a similar product of equal or greater value to meet your requested delivery date. You will be informed by e-mail or phone if there are any backorders or problems with your order, so please make sure to provide us with contact information. Contact information will be used solely for shipping your order. It will not be sold or distributed to any mailing lists. Persiangrocery is not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by events we cannot control, including acts of God, perils of the air, weather conditions, or if there is no one available to accept the package. If the package that you are shipping is perishable, please make sure that the recipient will be home to receive it. Depending on where you live, you will receive your order within one to Seven business days (except for APO/FPO orders which will require more delivery time). The amount you will be charged for shipping, It will be added to the total as your shipping & handling cost.
