| Orders can not be canceled. If you are having trouble with your
order On-line, just call us. All sales are final!

| Regrettably, our Customer Relations Department is not equipped to
take orders via the telephone. However, you can contact us for any of
the following reasons.
File complaints and resolutions for damaged items Contact UPS
on the behalf of the customer for issues of rerouting, late or missing
orders. Assistance navigating through the website Assistance on
locating and availability of products Supply information on current
policies that a customer may be unclear on
Explanations on any information pertaining to any existing
promotions.
If you are a Web TV user and are experiencing problems completing your
order, please call customer service for assistance.

Once you have finished shopping, click the "Check Out" button
located to the right of your Shopping Cart.
If you have not
already signed in, please do. First time Shoppers will need to register by
clicking on "New User Click Here to register" and following the directions
for creating a new account.
Afterwards, your current order
information will be displayed for your confirmation. Make sure all
shipping and billing information is entered or complete. Please Note:
Your billing information must match the information your credit card
company has to prevent delays in your order arrival. When you are
satisfied with the information, click the "Submit Order" button. Your
order information will be encrypted before being transmitted over the
Internet to our secure commerce server. Note: customers who have
previously placed an order do not have to enter their billing and shipping
information unless they want to change the information for this one order.
Your order will be processed upon the verification of your credit
card or checking account information, and an electronic invoice will be
e-mailed to you upon shipment.
Please note: that you can only
cancel or change your order within 2 hours after submitting it. To cancel
an order, go to My Account, click "Review All Orders" and follow the
instructions provided. |

MasterCard, Visa, American Express and the Discover Card. In
additon, we are pleased to announce you can now make purchases using
your PayPal account. We cannot accept C.O.D.s. All order information
is encrypted before being transmitted over the internet to our
secure commerce server.

PersianGrocery has created an account page for each of our customers.
This page explains your Cart Club Status in detail, the number of points
you have accumulated and the number of days left until your points
expire.
You can also check your order history, credit account,and
recurring orders. We have made updating your account easier by placing a
link to it on this page.

Policy |

All claims must be made to our customer service department
within five days of delivery.
For non-grocery products (such as
electronics, computers, telephones, etc.) please keep all original packing
materials and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be
serviced or returned. Before returning any product you must obtain a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted
without an RMA number.
Defective
products may be returned for repair or replacement only, at our
discretion, within 10 days from the invoice date. After 10 days. A
restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be collected on all other
returns. Returns must be in 100% complete, resaleable condition, and must
include original packaging, manuals, unfilled-out registration cards.
For
your protection, we suggest you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for return
shipments.
Please
note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of
our error.

| Shipping to Different Locations |

PersianGrocery makes it easy to ship an order to an alternate location.
This feature is particularly useful if you have elderly parents you are
taking care of, children in different areas of the country going to
school, or if your going on vacation and want supplies there when you
arrive.
You only need to change the "ship to" address for a
particular order. Please remember that your billing address must be
exactly as your credit card company has it. Any discrepancy will delay
your order. It's that simple. |
| Selecting A Product |

Selecting Products with PersianGrocery is as easy as 1 2 3
1. Select the Store from the top menu, i.e. Groceries 2. Select
an Aisle from the left side of your screen. 3. Select a shelf and
PersianGrocery will automatically show you all the products on that shelf.
After selecting a Store, aisle and a shelf, PersianGrocery will display
all of the applicable items. You can put an item into your shopping cart
by clicking on the buy button, or add the item to one of your shopping
lists by clicking on the list button.
To get detailed product
information, click on the info button and PersianGrocery will show a larger
picture, nutritional information and ingredients where applicable.
